Exam preparation

REET Hindi Preparation

REET Hindi preparation means mastering Hindi language and grammar along with the pedagogy of language teaching. Start with Vyakaran fundamentals, then practise MCQs and revise teaching-method concepts.

Who this is for: Candidates preparing for the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers who need Hindi as a language subject.

Hindi areas to prepare

  • Varna vichar, shabd vichar and vakya vichar (the core of Hindi Vyakaran)
  • Tatsam, tadbhav, deshaj and videshi words
  • Hindi language pedagogy (शिक्षण विधियाँ) – the channel has a dedicated playlist
  • MCQ practice in the exam's question style

Suggested study order

  1. Read the current official notification first and list the Hindi topics it names.
  2. Study one Vyakaran topic at a time, then solve 20–30 MCQs on that topic only.
  3. Revise pedagogy concepts separately from grammar so the two do not blur.
  4. Use the REET Mains grammar marathon playlist for timed MCQ practice.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Memorising rules without examples, which fails in application-based questions.
  • Ignoring language pedagogy because grammar feels more scoring.
  • Following an old syllabus copied from a forum instead of the latest notification.
